Orders, Payments, Cancelations & Returns

How do I place an order?


Browse through our items for sale or search for a specific item using the search tool. Once you have made your selected choice, check the item description and details and quantity. If you are happy with your selection, click ‘add to basket’. You can then continue shopping for more items or go directly to checkout, where you can pay for your purchase.




How do I checkout?


You can either checkout as a guest or you may sign up for an account. Go to check out and fill out the relevant required information.

Signing up for an account with the Crystal Skull Warehouse is advisable as it will make your future purchase experiences much easier and faster as your shipping details and billing address will be stored on your account. Please note that your payment details will not be stored so as to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience.




What payment methods are accepted?


We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment, including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payment via PayPal.




Can I get my item delivered to a different address?


Yes. At checkout you can provide a different delivery address from the billing address.




How do I know if the item I ordered has been completed?


Once you have selected your item and completed the purchase at checkout, you will recieve a confirmation email advising that your order has been recieved. This email will also confirm the item/items you have ordered and your delivery address. If any of these details are incorrect, you can drop us an email at info@crystalwarehouse.com and we can manage any issues from this side.




Can I add items to an existing order.


In the event that you missed an item off your order, you can place a new order for the additional product. Send us an email to enquiries@crystalskullwarehouse and provided we have not already dispatched your first order, we will dispatch all items in one parcel if are able.




Can I make changes to my delivery address once my order has been confirmed?


This may not always be possible, however if you drop an email to info@crystalskullwarehouse.com as soon as possible, providing we have not already started processing your order, we may be able to make necessary changes to accomodate you.




When will my order be dispatched?


Crystal Skull Warehouse will dispatch all orders recieved before 3pm on the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.




How do I cancel my order?


You may cancel your order by sending an email to info@crystalskullwarehouse.com. Please put 'Order Cancellation' in the 'subject line'. Please be aware that if your order has already been processed, you will need to follow our 'Returns' process. We will provide a refund/exchange once the items have been recieved.




Do you offer an exchange or refund?


Yes, we will be happy to provide a refund or an exchange, provided items are returned in the same saleable condition within 30 days from your order date. You may request this online in your account or you can email us on info@crystalskullwarehouse.com.




What is the cost of delivery?


We provide free 'Royal Mail, 2nd Class, Signed For' delivery on all item delivered anywhere in the UK. Should you require faster delivery of your items, you can select Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery at checkout. All International destinations will incur a postage charges which will be dependent on delivery location/region and local postage tariffs. If you do not see your




When can I expect my delivery?


UK - Please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery. Europe - Orders should be recieved within 5 to 7 days. USA & Canada - Orders should be recieved within 7 to 10 working days. Rest of the World - Orders should arrive within 10 to 14 working days. Delivery times do not include the day of dispatch.




How do I return an item for exchange?


You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, for a full refund or exchange, providing the item is in the same saleable condition as when you recieved it. The buyer will be responsible for any return postage costs and it is recommended that the return be sent by recorded delivery. The Crystal Skull Warehouse cannot accept responsibility should the items go missing in tansit. You can send an email to info@crystalskullwarehouse.com to advise of the reason for this action and include the parcel tracking number. Please also include a note with your name, address and any reference numbers within the return parcel. You can send returns to: Crystal Skull Warehouse, 43 Somerset Ave, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, SS0 0DW. If your require an exchange, please include the details of the item you wish to be sent to you instead. Once we have recieved your returned item, we will process your refund, please allow 5 working days for this to appear on your bank statement.
